Processing and Fulfillment
All orders placed through Bonhaga.com are processed and fulfilled by our trusted logistics partners and fulfillment centers located across Europe, North America, and Asia. We automatically select the fulfillment center closest to your shipping address to ensure faster delivery and minimal customs handling. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within 4–5 business days from dispatch for most destinations in Europe and North America. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier services, and external factors such as weather conditions or customs inspections. Please note that estimated delivery times are guidelines only and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website and during checkout.


Duties and Taxes

Because we use regional fulfillment centers located close to our customers, most orders are shipped domestically or within the same customs area, meaning that no additional duties or import taxes will apply in most cases. If your order is shipped internationally (for example, outside the EU), import duties, customs charges, or local taxes may be applied by your local authorities. These charges, if any, are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at store@bonhaga.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Delivery and Risk

In accordance with EU consumer law, risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you only once you (or a person designated by you) have physically received the items. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please report it immediately to the courier and contact us at store@bonhaga.com with photos of the parcel and product.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a local pickup point, we will notify you. We can either re-ship the order (subject to additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.


Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or countries subject to trade restrictions or embargoes.
